Vip Servers agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to these Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Terms of Service (ToS), Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA), and Privacy Policy.

2. Refund and Disputes

All services are non-refundable. Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate service termination.

3. Cancellations

To cancel your services:

Cancel through your account at VipServers.host
Open a ticket on our Discord server at Discord.VipServers.host

4. Liability Limitation

Vip Servers is not liable for:

Data loss or disruption
Unauthorized access to server systems
Free server removals or deletions
Service disruptions or delays
Any other loss of data or service interruptions

5. Support and Promotions

Support Requests

All support requests must be submitted through the billing system via tickets.

Promotions

Vip Servers cannot guarantee the functionality of all promotion codes at all times.

6. Usage Policies

Unlimited Policy

While we offer unlimited bandwidth and space, we reserve the right to request deletion of excessive files.

Unfair Usage

Bypassing server limits (RAM, CPU, security) will result in service termination without refund.

7. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities or support of illegal activities
Threats or harassment
Forgery and impersonation
Fraudulent activities
Unauthorized access attempts
Network disruptions
DDoS attacks

8. Technical Policies

Node Downtime

Nodes may be offline at any time, with or without warning, intentionally or unintentionally.

Storage Usage

Unmetered storage is provided for server files only. Misuse will result in service termination.

9. Billing and Payment Terms

Recurring Payments

All services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing Date Changes

Requests to change your payment or billing date may result in additional administrative or prorated charges.

Late Payments

Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, service suspension or termination without prior notice.

Fee Adjustments

Vip Servers reserves the right to adjust billing schedules or service fees with advance notice.
